The FL/NY Gents

Welcome to the FL/NY Gents — a league split down the middle by geography and united by an unhealthy amount of trash talk. Started in 2025 by a group of guys spread between Florida and New York, this is ten teams, two divisions, and one trophy everybody wants their hands on. Year one belonged to the Commish — Drew Tannenbaum ran the table at 12-5 (regular season and playoffs) and claimed the inaugural title. Alex Lawson's tenure ended the way you'd expect: zero waiver moves in a full season. He's out, Peyton Vilardi's in. One ring is out there. Ten managers want it. The throne sits open for 2026.

Make no mistake — this league has teeth. Evan Keyser posted the best record in the building at 12-4 and still doesn't have a ring to show for it, which either makes him the best manager here or the league's biggest choke artist, depending who you ask. Jason Azif went 3-13 and still won't shut up in the group chat — a truly elite level of shamelessness. Rivalry Week hits in Week 3 and it's not for the faint of heart: Drew vs. Jason, Sterling vs. Logan, Tyler vs. Gio, Peyton vs. Joey, and Luis vs. Evan — five grudge matches, zero mercy. Throw in Wager Week, where grown men put real money on fantasy football like it's going to fix something, and you've got a league that takes itself exactly as seriously as it should: way too seriously. Champions get remembered. Everybody else gets the Wall of Shame.
